Return Instructions

In the event that a repair of your headset becomes necessary, we simply ask that you contact us using this form from the website or call us at  1-800-827-9715 for further assistance.

Please follow these instructions:

1. Enter repair information into the repair form below.
2. You will receive a confirmation email with your Return Authorization number (RMA#).
3. Please print out a copy of the email and include it in the returning box and keep a copy for your records if desired.
4. Print the return address from the email on the shipping box or cut out the shipping label from the form and attach to an appropriate shipping box.
5. Return product via a traceable shipping service, ie UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc.

Please only send the defective part. Do not send back ac adaptors or accessories. If returning the Amplifier please send all cords. **IMPORTANT** Do not ship back custom ear molds as we are not responsible for them.
